職務說明：

Position Activities:

- You will lead a team of 10 employee associates, consisting of Junior,
Senior engineers and supporting staff.

- In that function you will report to the Division Director which connotes that you occupy a high position in the hierarchy of the enterprise.

- You are responsible for the organization and supervision of the smooth operation of ongoing projects from suppliers, manufacturers and operators in Taiwan's local railroad industry and in other Asian countries.

- Furthermore you will be responsible for developing business in the field of railroad or railroad related applications.

- Within that process you are connected and in negotiation with governmental and semi-governmental institutions and railroad operators.

- In addition the development and management of the Department's strategy and operation will be a part of your assignment.

- Above all you will be integrated in the support of the evolution and project implementation from subsidiaries of our client in the Asian region.

專業認證：
Our client expects fluent English language skills in writing, reading and speaking. Additional knowledge of Mandarin language and competence on Asian/Chinese social and cultural values would be a qualification plus.
其他條件：
Bachelor degree or higher with major in Mechanical Engineering or related fields is required. You should feature at least 5 years working experience in the field of railroad applications (Safety, Reliability, System Assurance, Risk Management or RAMS).
